If you have already paid your bill but are still receiving invoices, please keep in mind that it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your payment. If it has been less than two weeks since you sent your payment, please disregard any invoices that you receive, as our letters may have crossed in the mail.

If it has been more than four weeks since you remitted payment, please contact us by e-mail, phone, or mail.

Damaged Issues
We realize that sometimes magazines get damaged during delivery. To request a replacement copy, please contact us by e-mail, phone, or mail. If your magazines frequently arrive damaged and your mailbox is sufficiently sized, please check with the post office to see what can be done.

Late or Missed Issues
If you have missed an issue, please contact us by e-mail, phone, or mail to make sure we have your correct address and to request a replacement copy. Your magazines may also have stopped being delivered due to nonpayment. To pay for your subscription, please click here to go to our secure payment page.

Cancellation
If for any reason you want to cancel your subscription, please let us know by e-mail, phone, or mail. If you have a concern or complaint regarding a specific issue or article, please contact our editors here.

If you canceled your subscription but are still receiving bills, please note that it takes a few days for a cancellation to become effective. If it has been more than four weeks since you sent cancelled your subscription, please disgard any notices you receive. If it has been more than four weeks and you are still receive notices, please contact us by e-mail, phone, or mail.

If you cancel your subscription, we are happy to offer a refund on any unmailed issues.
