Christie’s Celebrates Aperture: A Conversation with Lesley A. Martin, Michael Famighetti, and Darius Himes

This virtual discussion will discuss the past, present, and future of Aperture’s storied legacy on the occasion of the organization’s 70th anniversary. Aperture creative director Lesley A. Martin and Aperture magazine editor Michael Famighetti will be joined by Darius Himes, Christie’s International Head of Photographs. Christie’s will be auctioning a special selection of photographs on the occasion of Aperture’s milestone year, including pieces by Diane Arbus, Robert Frank, Peter Hujar, and Robert Mapplethorpe.
