The second lesson features the book This Equals That (Aperture, 2014), by Jason Fulford and Tamara Shopsin; an excellent teaching tool for introducing photographic form and visual vocabulary, that discusses how simple juxtapositions can create associative meanings. Students will take a second scavenger hunt in search of visual form and begin to understand the camera as a tool for seeing.
