Aperture Friend members and above are invited to join Aperture and the Consulate General of Switzerland in New York for a walk-through of the artist Tyler Mitchell’s exhibition Ghost Images.
Concurrent with Ghost Images, Mitchell’s traveling exhibition Wish This Was Real opens on March 28, 2025, at Photo Elysée in Lausanne, Switzerland, where it will be on view through August 18, followed by presentations at Maison Européenne de la photographie, Paris, in the fall and Foto Arsenal Wien, Austria, in spring 2026. In September 2025, Aperture will release Tyler Mitchell: Wish This Was Real, a monograph covering nearly ten years of Mitchell’s work in photography, video, and image-based sculpture.
