Virtual Exhibition Tour of Sara Cwynar: Source at Remai Modern

Monday, April 19

6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. EDT

Join us for a virtual experience of Sara Cwynar’s largest museum project to date, presented by Remai Modern, Saskatoon, Canada. The exhibition features two expansive installations combining still and moving images, alongside an immersive viewing environment for Red Film (2018), the final work in the artist’s recent cinematic trilogy.

Sara Cwynar (born in Vancouver, 1985) graduated with a bachelor of design honors degree from York University in Toronto, and received her MFA from Yale University. She has independently published several artist books—including Kitsch Encyclopedia (2014). In January 2021, the largest installation of her work to date will open at the Remai Modern, Saskatoon, Canada.
