Fotografiska Family Fun Days are led by Catalina Kulczar, a photographer, teacher and mother who loves to teach children about the many ways of connecting with the world.

This season’s activities are inspired by Susan Meiselas, an award-winning Magnum photographer, and her new book Eyes Open: 23 Photography Projects for Curious Kids.

Eyes Open presents playful and meaningful projects that encourage kids to express themselves creatively through photography. Meiselas says, “The camera can be a way of connecting to people and places while also expressing yourself.”

Family Fun Days are held in-person at Fotografiska NY, and are recommended for children ages 5-12 years old.
