Aperture’s flagship bookstore in our new home on the Upper West Side stocks seven decades of Aperture publications, from rare editions to the latest releases. To expand this range of offerings even further, Aperture is excited to partner with leading publishers and booksellers from around the world. Through October 2, Anshika Varma, founder of Offset Projects in New Delhi, is presenting a curated collection of books for sale showcasing India’s independent publishing landscape.

Rooted in South Asia, Offset Projects is a curatorial initiative engaging with acts of reading and creation through photography’s relationship with printed matter.

On September 30, Aperture will host a conversation between Varma and 10×10 Photobooks founders, Russet Lederman and Olga Yatskevich, as they discuss the independent publishing scene from New Delhi to New York. For more information, please see here.
